This photograph expresses how much a person can go through and how they can sometimes find a way to hide their real emotions. Certain people are better at hiding their emotions than others. Some people are able to and some aren’t. There are a lot of important details in this photograph, I find it astonishing how many different expressions there are. What she is trying to do is decide which facial expression to use to hide her true emotion that she is feeling that day. This photograph really appeals to me because i’ve been there. Iv’e been through some really tough times. I had to act like certain things didn’t bother me when they did but iv’e done my best to fight through it and to appear to be in good spirit to the people around me. So iv’e been in the position that I had to decide what face to wear and put on for that specific day. The theme that I am getting from this image is a sense of human nature. It is human nature to act like everything is alright when in reality its not. Although sometimes it is not good to hide true emotions, doing that can cause a lot more problems for the person that is trying to hold them in. Some people have a harder time dealing with their feelings than others do.
