Not Seen on TV

The video I chose to write about and the one I found most interesting is number five, Francis Alys and Rafael Ortega, Re-Enactment. I found it very interesting how this guy was just walking around the streets with a gun in his hand and very few people noticed. It just shows that people aren’t as aware as they should be. More people should be more aware of their surroundings. At the end of the video the police finally get to him and they search him and put them in their car and drive off. I think the point the video was trying to make is that people are unaware of their surroundings and it shows. It is showing us these issues so we can try to fix it and be more aware of it. The video kind of made me nervous because he could’ve just done something bad at any second and people weren’t prepared for it. This video reminds me of a reality television show by how it was made. I think that is what drew my attention to it because no matter how many people say they do not like reality television, it catches your eye and draws you into it. At the end of the day I am very surprised about how far and how long he was able to walk before something happened.
